LEGALIZATION ACT > The Association ASIUDM is legalized since 2008, but it has been mostly just a person who controlled all the administrative and financial aspects, with great frustration and weakness feeling of the others, which are not even so aware of their rights.

The main work was to collect information about rights, wishes and needs and analyze their work organization.

> Strategy: Evidence-raising on general rights and acquiring information on how to achieve more justice as they wanted. > After a long and delicate process, we finally achieve the goal: to begin with, the struggle for power was significantly weakened thanks to the new legalized documents, that gave the power back to the real steering group (and simultaneously contributed to give them back the confidence and strength).

> Improving are done with a pioneering written regulation Code on work related tasks and relations with the environment, persons and nature, designed to provide an understandable and common support as concrete tool to manage job roles, tasks, issues. Regulations also serves as rules of conduct that will guarantee a certain quality level of work.
